The player who turns the pointer acts as the referee. When a player's hand or foot is on a color circle, it may be moved without the referee's permission, including when another player wants to pass with a hand or foot. If all color circles of the same color are occupied, turn the pointer again. If the referee calls the same hand or foot and color combination that a player is pressing, the player must move their hand or foot to another circle of the same color.
