1. Store operator and scope

AL ZARROUK operates this online storefront from Tunisia. You can contact us at support@alzarrouk.com. The store currently offers delivery to addresses in Tunisia unless a product or checkout page states otherwise.

2. Customer accounts

Checkout requires a verified customer account. Account authentication is provided securely through our customer-account provider, with email-code sign-in and any enabled social sign-in option such as Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and connected accounts secure and for providing accurate information.

3. Products, prices, and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, images, options, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings, supplier updates, or minor manufacturing changes can cause reasonable differences. The authoritative price and available variant are rechecked before a payment request is created.

Prices are displayed in USDT unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping is currently shown as free at checkout, but any disclosed customs, import, network, or exceptional delivery charge remains the customer's responsibility where applicable.

4. Orders and acceptance

The checkout lets you review and correct your choices before submitting. An order is accepted only after the store validates the products and customer information and confirms the order. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an inability to deliver. If payment was received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

5. USDT payments

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible, but this does not remove any refund, conformity, or consumer right provided by applicable law. Approved refunds are handled under the Refund Policy and may require a verified compatible wallet address or another agreed lawful method.

• Payments are processed through NOWPayments and supported blockchain networks.
• Send only USDT, in the exact amount, to the exact address, using the exact network displayed on the payment page.
• Your wallet or exchange can charge a network or withdrawal fee. The amount received after fees must satisfy the displayed payment amount.
• A transfer sent with the wrong asset, address, amount, or network may be delayed or permanently unrecoverable. Contact us immediately with the payment identifier and transaction hash if a mistake occurs.
• The order is treated as paid only after the payment provider and the blockchain report the required confirmation status.

6. Fulfillment and delivery

Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers. An order containing several products may arrive in separate packages and from different origins. Estimated processing and delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed when events outside reasonable control cause delay.

7. Cancellations, returns, and damaged products

Cancellation, withdrawal, return, exchange, damaged-product, and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable Tunisian law. Always contact AL ZARROUK first; you are not required to negotiate directly with a supplier.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or payment verification, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or a legal obligation.

9. Intellectual property and third parties

The AL ZARROUK name, logo, storefront design, and original content are protected. Product materials can also belong to manufacturers or suppliers. Our commerce platform, NOWPayments, Google, carriers, and other third parties provide services under their own terms. We are responsible for our obligations to you and do not use these Terms to exclude mandatory consumer rights.

10. Service availability and liability

We work to keep the store secure and available, but temporary maintenance, provider outages, network congestion, or events beyond reasonable control can interrupt access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach. Nothing excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable Tunisian law, without depriving a customer of mandatory protections that otherwise apply. We may update these Terms prospectively; the version displayed when an order is submitted governs that order unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
