Description

Smart battery charger with a digital display, automatic shutdown and protection against overcharge, overvoltage, overheating, over-time charging and short circuits. It includes reverse-polarity LED indication and spark-proof lead connection. Automatically detects whether the battery requires 6V or 12V charging. The 12V battery charging process has 7 stages: desulphation, soft start, bulk charge, absorption, battery test, recondition and float. The 6V process has 3 stages: bulk charge, absorption and float. The fully automatic microprocessor detects battery voltage, selects the charging rate and switches to float charging when the battery reaches full capacity. Suitable for 6/8/12/14/24V lead-acid batteries, including Gel, AGM and STD batteries. Not suitable for lithium batteries. Do not charge a frozen or dead battery.
